No one asked, but I’m telling you all anyways.

Andrew Shaw getting three games is fucking ridiculous. He is a first time offender, and he’s a rookie too. You can’t make an example of someone who hasn’t even made a name for himself yet. I recognize that Shaw made no attempt to avoid contact with Smith, but Smith may as well have been shot with the way he went down, and then he got up, and played way better than someone who apparently had been shot the rest of the game. I think one game  would have been an appropriate way to “punish” a first time offender. Three games in the playoffs is borderline obscene.
